Payments

• Sliding scale for rates available based on income. 
• Payment is required at time of visit unless other arrangements have been made. I accept cash, check and online bill pay through your bank or mobile payment apps (venmo, paypal, cash app, applepay, etc.). 
• The following insurances are accepted: Aetna, Bright Health, BCBS of Texas, Cigna, Centivo, Friday Health, Medicare, Optum, Oscar, Triwest, United Health Plans,  It is your responsibility to verify your mental health benefits with your insurance. 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled session will be billed at the full cost of the session.
