How I can help
Sessions are one-to-one and by telehealth, available anywhere in Texas.
We work at a pace you set, drawing on approaches matched to you rather than to a manual. Most major insurance is accepted, and a limited number of sliding-scale places are available.
Individual Therapy
One-to-one sessions for grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and life transitions. We start wherever you are, and you do not need the right words for it yet.
Couples & Family Therapy
For couples navigating conflict, change or loss, and for families adjusting after illness, caregiving or a death.
Group Therapy
A small, facilitated group for people working through similar seasons. Shared experience, held safely, with the structure of clinical facilitation behind it.
Specialist area
Grief & End-of-Life Support
Support for anticipatory grief, bereavement, caregiver strain and the adjustments that follow a terminal diagnosis — for the person facing it and the people beside them.
This is the work Rudo has done longest. She holds the Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Worker Certification (APHSW-C) and has spent more than a decade in hospice and palliative care, so end-of-life work is a specialism here rather than an add-on.
For clinicians
Clinical Supervision
Rudo offers board-approved clinical supervision for LMSWs in Texas working towards their LCSW, through structured, collaborative virtual supervision. Supervision is offered in individual or group format.
She is an LCSW-S — a Texas board-approved supervisor — and has provided clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians in agency practice.
Ready when you are
Send a short note using the form and I will come back to you. Please keep clinical detail out of it, this form is not a secure channel, and we will cover that safely in our first conversation.
